London Marathon 2007 | |||||
Congratulations to all our runners who took part this year in what proved to be very unseasonably warm conditions - a runner's nightmare! Out of our 10 runners this year, 8 completed the marathon. Dagan Jenkins had to drop out a few weeks prior to the event due to injury, and unfortunately Timothy Arlington was severely hampered by blisters and cramps at Mile 20 and had to retire. Tandi Gruenbaum led the pack with an amazing time of 3 hours 53 minutes, followed by Miliyun Chiu in a superb time of 4 hours 53 minutes. Everyone else came in over 5 hours, which is a feat in itself, given the conditions. Thank you all for running on behalf of Kids Kidney Research..... we are extremely grateful to you, not only for raising money for us, but for all the hard training that goes into running a marathon!
