Kids Kidney Research

All of our entrants all finished the race, so enormous CONGRATULATIONS to you all!!  Especially since it was one of the hottest days this year which must have made it so much tougher!!  

Well, there were some quite amazing finishing times UNDER 4 hours, led 
by a fantastic 3.39 mins by Jason Walduck, followed closely by our 
youngest runner, Melanie Wilkins, (second year running and reducing 
her time from then by over half an hour!!) with 3.47.  Not far behind 
Gabriella Rankin in 3.50, who was not only performing a lead role in a 
play the Saturday night, but also performing after the marathon on 
Sunday!!  AND then in a miraculous 3.55, our oldest participant Phil 
Gooch (could hardly call 50 over the hill .... ).   James Howgego 
managed to come in spot on 4 hours ... with most of the rest of you 
not long after that!

coming in, and are incredibly grateful to all of you.
